What does the onboarding process look like?
Onboarding starts with a scoping call to understand your deployment context, followed by technical documentation hand-off, panel provisioning, and a pilot phase with your assigned account manager.
Which end-user devices are supported?
The platform is compatible with Smart TVs (Samsung, LG), Android and Fire TV devices, Enigma/MAG boxes, desktop and mobile operating systems, Apple TV, Roku, and any client that supports Xtream Codes API or M3U protocols.
How is partner data protected?
Partner dashboards use TLS 1.3 transport encryption, role-based access controls, CAPTCHA on authentication, and isolated tenant data segmentation. Access logs are retained for audit purposes.
Can I integrate this with my existing billing system?
