Data Handling Statement

Last revision: April 25, 2026

What We Gather

Account creation, billing, and support interactions are the three primary touchpoints where customer details enter our records. The data captured typically includes a contact email, the name supplied at sign-up, and tokenized payment references that flow through trusted gateway providers such as PayPal. Card numbers are never stored on our infrastructure.

Operational Use

The data we hold powers three operational tasks: provisioning your subscription, processing renewal or termination events, and routing technical or billing inquiries to the correct support agent. We do not repurpose this information for marketing tied to external advertisers.

Storage and Encryption

Both at rest and in transit, customer information is shielded using industry-recognized encryption standards. While modern cryptography greatly reduces exposure risk, we acknowledge that no online transmission method offers perfect protection.

Server Logs

Our streaming infrastructure records technical telemetry — IP addresses, browser identifiers, referring URLs, and channel access events. These logs serve diagnostic and abuse-prevention functions: identifying bot-driven scraping, banning automated harvesters, and locating root causes when delivery quality degrades.

External Processors

A limited group of third-party providers participate in delivering the service to you. Payment processors handle transaction settlement, and chat tooling supports our help desk. These vendors operate under contractual constraints that prevent the resale or independent commercialization of your information.

Member Controls

You can request a copy of the personal information held under your account, ask for corrections, or initiate full deletion. Submissions are received via the support channels published on the contact page and processed within a reasonable timeframe.
