Subscription Termination Policy

Closing an Active Account
Account holders may discontinue their Golden IPTV Pro membership whenever they wish. Termination requests can be initiated through the customer dashboard or by reaching the round-the-clock support team. Once acknowledged by our system, the account will not roll over into a new billing period.
Initial 24-Hour Opt-Out Window
New members who decide the platform is not suitable for their household have a one-day window from the moment of their first purchase to request a complete transaction reversal. This window operates independently from any other refund process and applies only to first-time purchases.
Within that opt-out interval, the entire payment is voided and stream access is revoked instantly upon confirmation. Customers should request the opt-out only when they intend to fully discontinue the service.
Termination Beyond the Opt-Out Interval
Requests filed after the initial 24-hour interval close future renewal cycles only. The membership remains active for the duration that has already been paid, and partial refunds are not granted outside of the dedicated technical assistance pathway. Account Deactivation Timing
When an opt-out is approved within the 24-hour window, all credentials linked to the account are deactivated in real time. Members should expect immediate signal loss across every connected device after a successful claim is processed.
